About the Show
SAVANNAH JOY (30’s), a single parent image consultant by day and aspiring wellness influencer by night, started her email newsletter years ago as a way to connect with other single mom professionals in Brooklyn to share self-care tips. With the motto, "Finding the me between beauty and mess", what started as Savannah's hobby, has since blossomed into a community of a few thousand followers who swear by Savannah's advice as she reviews wellness and self-care products in addition to sharing adorable discoveries that her daughter, ELLIE (10), surprises her with every day. In fact, Savannah has even created prototypes of her own matching mother-daughter time “bullet journals”, specifically designed to promote wellness activities and foster creativity. It’s essentially a mindfulness journal for parents and confidence builder for tweens disguised as a productivity tool for both parent and child. But with little free time and always prioritizing providing for Ellie first, Savannah’s influencer dreams haven’t materialized past the newsletter. She doesn’t even have time for a podcast, the obvious next step for her brand.
