About the Show
Fireman LIAM reaches out to textile artist and quilting teacher AMY to help him continue the family tradition of gifting a Christmas-themed quilt to his recently engaged sister. Having raised her after their parents passed in a car accident, Liam wants to make sure his sister doesn't miss out. Amy’s not his biggest fan after he wrote a report condemning the community center she loves at their busiest and most special time of year, but they hammer out a deal where he will help restore the center in time for Christmas and she will teach him to quilt. As Amy teaches him, she shares her ambition to win a local art prize. They become more and more involved in each other's lives and hearts - until Amy learns Liam plans to take off on an open-ended trip to South America when his sister is safely settled, fulfilling a long-held dream from his youth. Amy holds back her declaration of love in order to set him free, while Liam hesitates to declare himself when he knows he's leaving. Just when it seems love is going to slip through their fingers, Liam returns and they both find the courage to tell the other how they feel as they share their first Christmas together.
